Standard Dimmable Electronic Ballasts
A ballast is required for the illumination of high intensity discharge (HID) lamps, such as high pressure sodium (HPS) and metal halide (MH) grow lights. Depending on the type of crop and the required light cycle, the ballasts run continuously for 8 to 24 hours a day and must therefore be as efficient as possible. With less energy wasted and with by-product heat, Lumatek ballasts create more light with less energy consumed.
Safe and accurate
To ensure the safety of use of the Lumatek dimmable, it is programmed with an automatic switch-off, in case of a short circuit in the wiring and when using a faulty lamp or when a lamp is missing. The ballast is equipped with all electromagnetic shielding.
The Lumatek dimmable is very quiet, and is surrounded by a closed plastic housing. Each device has been tested in the factory.
Now with the super lumen setting you can build up to 10% more output of the ballast.
Installation prepared with 2m cable isolated to the reflector and 2m plug cable.
