Pokon SOS Grass Seed Recovery
With the Pokon SOS Grass Seed Recovery, you can repair the bald spots in your lawn that were created by the winter weather or after scarification. With this product you can make your lawn evenly green again in no time. The grass seed germinates within 1 week, even at soil temperatures of 6 degrees. You can also use this product for overseeding the lawn.

- Preparation
- Restore bald spots: Clear the bare spots of moss and weeds and rake the soil loose. Apply a layer of Pokon soil and level it off.
- Reseeding: Scarify the lawn or mow the grass as short as possible. Then apply a thin layer of Pokon Lawn Soil.
- Sowing
- For optimal germination, it is important that the soil is not cold (+6°C) and that the outside temperature is higher than 15°C. Sow in damp soil in windless weather, when there has been no rain first spray the soil. First sow the perimeter/outside edges of the lawn. Then sow the lawn 2 times, once over the length and once over the width. This is the best way to distribute the grass seed. Sow the grass seed evenly and not too close together, this hinders the development.
- After sowing
- Press or roll the grass seed to bring the grass seed into good contact with the soil. For the first 2 to 4 weeks, keep the soil moist by spraying evenly and gently. If the top layer dries out, germination fails or the small grass plants die.
