GROW CONTROLLER AUTOMATION SYSTEM | GroNode + TankBot & Peripherals

GroLab Doser Kit is a powerful growth controller that allows you to fully control and automate your plants' nutrient solution. Control of nutrients, pH correction, water level alerts, automatic refilling of the tank, are some of the features of this kit.

This kit provides the necessary tools to create security systems to react to any problems and/or indicate these problems in time.

What do I get with a GroLab Doser Kit?

The GroLab doser kit comes with:

	GroNode
	TankBot
	3x Hose pump (Peristaltic dosing pomp)
	2x Horizontal water level sensor

It also includes a USB pen that contains the GroLab-software, instruction manuals and video tutorials.

TankBot can handle many more peripherals than are included in this kit. You can add another peristaltic pump or solenoid valve, and up to two more smoke detectors, buttons or water level sensors. Check out the GroLab peripherals in the webshop and push the limits of your GroLab Doser Kit.

	GroLab Software is always under development. When a newer version is available, it will be updated automatically. The same happens for all included modules, this means that your GroLab Doser Kit will have access to all the improvements the GroLab development team will be making in the near future.
	One GroNode can support up to 4 PowerBots, 4 TankBots, 4 SoilBots and 4 UserBots. You are free to divide them among 4 different rooms with two different grows each. Whenever you need a new grow, clone or bloom room, you can simply expand your GroLab system by adding the desired additional modules.

What does the GroLab Doser Kit control? - Sample Configuration.

This configuration allows you to automatically add the exact amounts of fertilizer A & B to the solution each time the tank is refilled or when you plant it.

The pH is automatically adjusted to the defined value by automatically compensating for the increase/decrease in pH in your solution. In addition, the water level is constantly monitored by the level sensors available in this kit.

TankBot is also a powerful security tool because you can read any universal switch sensor, such as smoke or motion detectors. This allows you, for example, to lock down your entire room or system, and even send you an e-mail when, someone gets too close, or smoke is detected. All these procedures and options are fully customizable!

In this configuration, there are still two inputs and one output available to use with the peripherals that most suit your needs.

GroLab offers data-logging and data-storage, these features ensure that all information about sensors/devices is collected and stored over time! Thanks to this and the data visualization functions, it is possible to do a detailed analysis of the life cycle of your plants, so you can maximize their growth and efficiency!

This is a schematic designed to show some of the capabilities of the GroLab Doser Kit, nevertheless you can rearrange the devices, or even replace them, with any other device you find useful, such as dosing pumps, solenoids, power relays, etc.

Since a single GroNode supports up to 4 modules of each type, if at any time you need to add more sensors or devices (for example, to control another grow room), you only need to add the desired additional modules to expand your control.

GroLab Software

The GroLab Software is the control cabin of the system. The main purpose of this software is to allow you to fully configure the entire system, by providing all the tools to customize the settings of modules and devices to the functionalities of each growing system.

Track the progress of your crop(s) through IP cameras and a variety of data inputs, with graphs, historical data and trends. All sensors/actuators data can be easily exported to a friendly file for external in-depth analysis. Using a third-party device capable of logging data in the cloud, the GroLab system can periodically upload data to that device. Thanks to the remote control feature, this easy-to-use software allows you to continue to control and monitor your grow(er) as if you were there.
