The Spreader from Hortilight is a LED grow light with passive cooling, equipped with many features for both the novice and the advanced hobby grower.
High quality & economical
The HortiLight Spreader is equipped with high-quality components, including a MeanWell LED Driver, Philips LumiLEDs and an IP65 waterproof housing.
By using Philips Horticulture LEDs, the lamp is very economical with an efficiency of 2.8 μmol/J. By applying a renowned MeanWell LED Driver and a highly transparent 120° lens, a system efficiency of no less than 2.4 μmol/W is achieved!
In addition, the Spreader has a connection for a control Controller, so that a rising and setting sun can be simulated, making the lighting even more efficient.
Emerson effect
The light spectrum of has an Emerson Enhancement Red/Red ratio. The effect of this is that the degree of photosynthesis is not just the sum of the 660nm + 730nm photosynthesis reactions. However, the combination of the 2 reactions generates a biological senergy response that is greater than the sum of the two reactions individually. Due to the balanced light spectrum, plants will develop naturally, helping to optimize harvest, both qualitatively and quantitatively!
LED Units
The spreader is equipped with 4 LED units that can be individually aimed at the plant surface to be illuminated. This makes it possible to distribute the light intensity very evenly over the crop and thus use the light more efficiently. This gives the Speader the highest energy efficiency class.
HortiLight LED Controller [optional].
A HortiLight LED Controller with remote control can be used to set lighting schedules. This can be used to simulate a rising and setting sun, making lighting even more efficient.
