Jim Filters In & Out (Inline) offers carbon filters designed for direct placement in ventilation ducts, with capacities ranging from 600 m³ to 2500 m³. These inline filters are suitable for applications where efficient airflow, controlled odor adsorption, and a compact installation form are central. The filters are built around a perforated steel structure with a wall thickness of 0.7 mm, combined with an active carbon bed that effectively binds odors and volatile substances. The closed construction prevents air leakage and contributes to stable performance during continuous use.

Size and results

The Jim Filters In & Out (Inline) series has been developed for installations where space-saving and direct duct integration are important. Depending on the capacity, the length varies between 65 cm and 115 cm, with flange sizes of 160Ø, 200Ø of 250Ø. The dimensions make it possible to tailor the filter to specific airflows, while the inline placement ensures even air distribution and manageable pressure losses within the system.

Structures and materials

The housing is made of SND DX51D+Z140 steel and consists of a perforated sheet construction (DX51D+Z275-M-A-C, 0.75 mm). The construction supports the carbon bed and prevents deformation under varying airflows. As a filter medium, WOS-CBF activated carbon is used, suitable for long-term odor adsorption in ventilation systems with constant air exchange. The combination of steel type, material thickness, and carbon quality ensures stable operation in both light and heavy applications.

Maintenance

The lifespan of Jim Filters In & Out (Inline) is affected by factors such as humidity, concentration of odor substances, dust load, and the number of operating hours. Under normal conditions, the carbon bed typically remains effective for 6 to 12 months. Reduced odor adsorption, increased back pressure, or higher fan load may indicate saturation of the filter medium and signal the time for replacement.
